Part of the reason for starting our small farm is to know where our food has been from field to table. Our family loves experimenting with new dishes and have discovered how versatile and healthy goat meat is. As we experiment, we will post our recipes for others to enjoy.

Our family is big on selfless acts of love towards others, we know someone somewhere is having a difficult time. We want to promote charity and enable others to give to organizations that are about the people they give to.

4-H and FFA have become a important part of our family. FFA provides the next generation of leaders who will change the world. FFA makes a positive difference in the lives of students by developing their potential for premier leadership, personal growth and career success through agricultural education. Likewise The mission of 4-H is to provide meaningful opportunities for all youth and adults to work together to create sustainable community change. This is accomplished within three primary content areas, or mission areas – civic engagement and leadership, healthy living, and science.

Through these organizations, our three daughters have had the opportunity to do these very things. From animal husbandry, community to service, to shooting sports, these programs have a lot to offer.
